Cut a slit for wires to pass through

This... looks like he ground out those holes himself too. Looks ****.
Nah the holes are standard on a case with cable management, the rubber not straight in some places and so gives it a untidy finish,
Make mould, inject silicone.
I made silicone feet like this before, mould was made from melted candle wax that had set so you get a nice smooth shiny finish on the end product.
