Does anyone have a clue about any restrictions that may exist with me wanting to make money out of some pictures. Think about government buildings - they all seem to have photos of the president, a minister, and the premier on the walls.
With the recent change in guard what would stop me from printing and selling a bunch of photos of the new lot? (Beside someone else doing it). Do I need a release from the subject? Or is this waived because they are public figures?
