That is a "Don't drink and drive" ad. It is not using it for humour, it is telling you that if you drive drunk and put other people's lives in danger your rectum might be used in other ways than the ones you like.
So it's ok to use rape in ads? How about suggesting that women will be raped if they don't buy xyz brand security gates? Oh no, we couldn't do that because women being raped is sooo much worse.
Or is being raped a suitable "punishment" for driving under the influence, a generally victimless crime? What about women - should they also be raped as "punishment". How is it different?
All that campaign did was slander correctional services and remind people to not get caught... at ALL costs, even if that means putting more people in more danger (like driving through a roadblock would). It was a vulgar, insensitive and sexist ad campaign, and heineken and the advertising standards authority should be ashamed of themselves.
