Johannesburg - ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema might be stealing from the poor through tax evasion, said Independent Democrats leader Patricia de Lille on Sunday.

"It is extremely likely that ANCYL president Julius Malema is stealing from the poor through tax evasion...contrary to what he has been saying all along," De Lille said in a statement.

De Lille said a whistleblower told her that neither Malema or businesses linked to him were tax compliant.

I am happy she is speaking out against them but why bother since ANC supporters won't care or believe her.
 
Well i don't see how not paying taxes is stealing from the poor, the government uses very little tax money for the poor so he is stealing from all the corrupt officials which will not sit well with the fat cats :D.

Why does she need to shut her mouth, don't you like woman authority figures ?
Why should she serve the poor, she is not part of the ruling party you elected (16years ago) to do just that.

So you have no problem with the ANC encouraging political patronage as a tool to self-enrichment and in this case Malema's companies not even having tax clearances which are required to tender for government work?

She's done more in her lifetime than you or those corrupt ANC scamming Fat Cats

she has not put a dent in the ANC's stronghold, she is as weak as the DA is

Actually, yes... I would say I am in a fairly good position to judge having been involved with several charities in my lifetime.... and not having seen any activity from the ANC's side.

The most interesting is an AIDS orphanage to the South of Johannesburg which the ANC refuses to acknowledge because it is having a fight with the directors of the orphanage over whether these kids are really AIDS orphans. The ANC wants the directors to stop saying that the parents died of AIDS and to put down other diseases as the cause of death. Until the directors do that they will withhold and form of support.

BTW, the ANC doesn't have any kind of "stronghold" ... they just have a big safe where they keep all the money they scammed off of people like you. ;)
