Malema speaks out

Barking from the hills once again or is it the tree tops.
Honestly the ANC has stolen from everybody for years why should anything change now.

Ok, so a few points I would like to raise:

1. If the trust fund was indeed set up for charitable purposes, this should be stated on the trust deed. It's simple, pull the trust papers to see what they reflect. The trust is however extremely suspect that his son and mother are the beneficiaries of the trust. If they are, then surely they have a legal claim against the trust. Anyone here able to clarify this for us? I don't know much around the laws governing trust funds. Also, who are the trustees? In the case of a trust being set up for charitable purposes, I presume there should be more than 1 trustee? For the sake of good governance, some of the trustees should not have political ties.
2. Using the Access to Information Act, the media should get the list of the people/organisations that supposedly received donations from this trust and get confirmation directly from them.
3. What about the claims of Malema receiving cars as gifts? If it can be proved that he accepted a car as a gift, there is a solid case there already.

It is going to be very disconcerting if all this gets swept under the carpet.

I would imagine that a charitable trust also has to be registered as such as the tax implications would be quite different to a normal trust.

I however would not be surprised if the required documentation is at this very moment being created and pre-dated - doubt if the fat boy will be found guilty of anything - sadly!

Juliaas is the mouth piece of the ruling party. This is just an attempt by government to introduce the Privacy Bill or whatever it's called and everything that goes with it. What will happen now is that the Trust Fund will found to be legal and City Press will be taken to court and Juliaas will walk (he might get a slap on the wrist for not declaring something) BUT the case for Privacy and slanderous remarks by the press/media will be put under the spotlight and the Bill will get passed.

This is like the Patriot Act in America.

I feel the time has come to deprive Julius Malema of publicity.

Hauw, nooo. I promise to behave...

I've never come across a more miserable looking person before. He always looks like he's just returned from a funeral or something. There's no doubt about it, this guy has some serious mental and emotional issues....just look at him he's a wreck.
