I recently managed to beat a malicious interim protection order and like most of these ex parte orders the clerk of the court was more than willing to supply the few necessary words needed to get the magistrates approval for another travisty of justice to be dispensed.How do i now call this person to come and prove all the drivel in court and backup all theyre alligations? Start with SAPS crimen injuria maby? Has anyone sued for this kind of legal abuse ?
