Grahamstown - An Eastern Cape gardener accused of raping an 11-year-old girl was sentenced to 54 months in jail by a Grahamstown High Court judge on Monday after pleading guilty to a lesser charge of statutory rape.

They shouldnt have to prove he knew the girl was under the age of 13. :mad:
 
this way our crime statistics to the media and rest of the world can reduce.
slaughtering of family in home = robbery
gutting people in a car and setting them alight = hijacking.
 
The family should just pay someone in prison to torture him and eat his heart. I always wonder about these families.. Why dont they just get these people killed?

Killing is to quick.
Prison will sort him out.
He will get tortured.LOL:D
There he will be on the receiving end of the stick,literally and figuratively.
There is a honour among prisoners.
Child rape doesn't go down well.
On his first night in prison he will find that out.
Not a nice prospect.

I think rape/child rape doesn't go down well in many other countries prisons, but in SA 50% of the guys in prison are rapists so I dont think they will hold that against him. I would pay someone to make sure he never comes out.

My brother used to be a prison warder years ago.

He told me rapists have difficulty walking the morning of the night before.
 
Question

Is Statutory rape a schedule 1 offence ?

We all committed it when we where under 16 and our girlfriends where the same age :eek: So 15 on 15 was statutory rape

Just wondering about it now. If so I committed a schedule 1 offence in my life :eek:

If so i think there is a lot of okes out there that committed this offence.
