Man jumps off Hillbrow building

A man died after jumping from the 33rd floor of the Ponte apartment buildings in Hillbrow, Johannesburg, on Monday, Gauteng police said.

The man was 55-years-old, Constable Thabo Malatjie said.

"The reason [for him jumping] was still unknown but an inquest docket has been opened," he said.
