Man shot over Malema argument

The guy was an idiot and he deserves to go to prison. You cant just shoot some one over an argument and get away it does not work like that and the law is clear, only in self defense.

But is it just me or is the other party so INNOCENT, I cant see that you will shoot some one because they did not provoke or do anything wrong in this scenario.
As some posters did say there is three sides of the story and this is just one.

? Explain how this is "hysterical" and "melodramatic". If you don't care that people are shot because of their race, that is on YOU but I do CARE. That could have been me, my brother, cousin, father, grandpa, friend...son?

You made a generalization, you said this was "typical", when it isn't. We all live here. We all know what is typical and what isn't.

This is typical Pro-Afrikkaner behavior, look at the history. This is how problems start. At first it seems like no big deal, lets move on yada yada yada. Someones life is at stake here, this wasn't a dog or a cow he shot, he was aiming to kill. A shot in the chest? Who is going to cover his insurance, work? Now this creates a circle of hatred...His family is probably pissed, angry, and scared. No idea if this guy is going to live or if he will be hooked up to some tubes for the rest of his life just because some guy doesn't like his skin color?

This will only make them like someone like Malema more. Consequences must be taken, Pro-Afrikkaner must know this is not the right thing to do, no matter what.

And when I say pro-Afrikanner, you know what I am talking about, the pro-apartheid supporters.
 
Like other posters have already said we don't know all the facts but one wonders what the hell was he doing outside with a torch and a gun anyway. This doesn't sound like "spur-of-the-moment" "defend-yourself-quickly" behaviour. It sounds like he went outside looking for a fight.

The article doesn't state that they had an argument but one-sided racial name calling. Even if they did argue though unless you're in physical danger you have no right to shoot someone. I hope Bongani and Bubba have their way with this racist POS in prison.

Any way back to topic, I hope this idiot get what he deserves, a long and happy prison sentence, then I also hope the same would be done to all the idiots out there doing the same yet we never hear about all of them, depending on the race spectrum.

That is a serious generalization and there is no indication at all in the article that the person who fired the shot was in any way Afrikkaner. As far as I can see all the abuse he shouted at his neighbours was in English.
You seem to have a serious chip on you shoulder that needs seeing to mate
