November 1 saw the introduction of a formal capping policy from our access provider SAIX (South Africa Internet eXchange)."

Who do they think they're kidding.... OUR ACCESS PROVIDER SAIX..
They acknowledge their guilt in this one little sentence...

It actually tries to shift the blame to SAIX, but if you go to the SAIX home page, you will see on top Telkom SAIX. So the blame can't be shifted

LOL! This is old criminal tactics by Telkom. They think if they refer to what is in effect a division of Telkom as "our access provider" they can fool the world into believing Telkom isn't the evil that it is.

HAHAHAHAHAHAH! I just laugh at the Telkom execs that make these silly statements.
