Johannesburg - Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) said on Tuesday that a manhunt had been launched for the driver of the bus that collided with another car on Monday night on the M1 South in Johannesburg leaving more than 30 passengers injured.
The bus driver fled the scene after the bus, which was travelling to Cape Town from Park Station, collided with a vehicle and rolled over on the highway.
JMPD spokesperson, Wayne Minnaar, on Tuesday morning said: “There is a search for the driver of the Marcopolo bus who fled the scene last night where there was a major backlog on the M1 South”.
