Manual capping

i know this must sound like a stupid idea but is there a way to manually restrict myself to local sites as if i was capped?

the reason for asking is because i am very close to my cap and wish to save it for important stuff and the last day of downloading

It doesnt matter both local and international counts towards the cap.

what about having a capped username and pasword and switching between the two?

If i'm understanding you correctly: having 2 seperate ADSL accounts and keeping one uncapped incase u ever need it.
You can do that, no problem.

share the cost of a 2nd account with a friend - that way you both have access to a capped account - and use or own accounts for uncapped useage

And teklom will claim that the average usage is 2.1 GB cos everybody has more than 1 account. Grrrrr. Hate statisti statistiction sutai aaarg - people that prepare stats.

thnx that should work but i'm already stretching my finances with adsl, kinda hoping there was i could cet a capped username that is maybe linked to my existing one for free.

but i guess that's wishful thinking
