What crooked ways are these SIM cards being used?
I wonder how it is activated on the cellular networks. Thought that the SIM cards are programmed on the networks system for authentication.

Why though. It cost next to nothing at the shops for a sim. Or are these "pre-rica" sims. So they probably sell to skelms and spammers.
