Map with your wifi signal / heat map

Hi,

What do you guys use to do this?

I'm taking a look and so far found:

Any good alternatives? Need to map the office AP's / signal in a big building.

interesting... I'll give it a try.

Anyway, i've been using WiFinspect (Android app) to scan all my access points and checking signal strength in db. So far is working for me..

Does it have mapping capabilities? I need to map a building with several floors / wings.

Did our office with the built in feature of Unifi AP. Works great.

We've actually got some of these but I would also need to map other items outside of their scope so I don't think it would work.

When we do an actual site survey, we use an AP connected to a 12v battery pack and use both of these :

Wouldn't they have done this before the APs were installed though?
