This has probably been posted more than once already.
I have a Marconi 4 port router/adsl modem that came from telkom with my line and package. Probably a bad idea.
This service seems to hang every few hours. More than twice a day I notice it.
Is it a common problem? Are there solutions? Surely my contract may be void due to misrepresentation (causal, as I wouldn't have entered into the contract had I known this router was a piece of ****).
I just want a permanent damn connection.
