Hi

Not being an expert on firewalling and routing I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the following message which appears in my SMC log:

09/03/2003 08:14:44 **RIP v1** 192.168.10.200, 520->> 224.0.0.9, 520 (from WAN Inbound)

Is this a problem and if not is there a way of making it go away?

I don't think it is anything to worry about, RIP is a routing protocol used on most Routers for updating routing information.
