Dear all,
I am trying to set up a PPPoE connection with my smoothwall box.
I am using a marconi 4 ports telkom modem.
The reason I am looking for PPPoE is so that the smoothie gets the Public IP. I need this becuase I am using a IPSec 2 IPSec VPN and it is currently authenticating on the wrong IP.
What do I change on the marconi modem? I set the smoothie's red nic to PPPoE but I just get an IP of 1.1.1.1 for the red nic.
