We're using a Telkom DSL line with a Marconi premium combo as DSL modem and LAN router. Goal is to use the Marconi as DSL modem only, and to hook up a Draytek Vigor as LAN router. I've done this a million times with other setups in other countries, but am not sure how to accomplish this with Telkom and the marconi.

I would guess the way to do it is as follows:
- put the Marconi in bridge mode (as described here: http://www.webafrica.co.za/kb/adsl/adsl_bridged_mode.html).
- hook up the wan port of the draytek to the lan port of the marconi.

And ready I am?

Thanks for your feedback.

That's what I've done - Marconi in bridge mode, with my WRT54GL connected as router (with the Marconi's IP address as gateway).
