I just upgraded the F/W on my Premium Combo and can't seem to find an option to disconnect a connection anymore. Anyone know how to disconnect?

Strange,

I don't see it either.

Oh there it is...

Between the antenna and the power socket on the back of the router :D

LoL,

Seriously though, I don't see it at all. No Connect/Disconnect anywhere.

Surely this is the most basic standard function that a router should have.

Seems like the guys forgot to put it in.

Time for F/W V3 I think

Speedster, I noticed the same thing today when I updated. Strange...

Can I ask a question unrealted to yours, but on the same model of router? Do you know how to run bridge and PPPoe at the same time. I came across a thread here earlier that says it is possible, but doesnt go into explaining how to go about doing it. Any ideas?

Sorry Steve-0, I only use the basic single connection (through a LAN switch so that the entire office can connect). Not sure how to run the combination - I'm assuming you're going to have to use your Windows settings?

Thank you DanH

Thanks for your help DanH. Got it working perfectly with your help.

Also, do a full reset, holding the reset button in for like 30s i think, before setting up the half bridge. Thats what I had to do to get it to work.

Hey,

I wasn't able to change the username on the router, only the password. Anybody else experience this?

Hi guys, unfortunately I'm still stuck with an old Marconi 4port... Since Marconi's site is down, I would like to know if anyone perhaps still has the firmware file to update the router or it would be much appreciated if someone could perhaps point out a place where I can find the update.

Thanx!

If anyone has the Marconi/Telkom Premium Combo firmware file (think the filename is "premium combo firmware update procedure.zip"), could you please post it. Some of us, like myself, have to still make do with this router because we cant afford another :( .

Please please somebody come to my rescue

I used to have one of those routers. The only things that I have left is some documentation on how to change the router into bridge mode.
