Marconi router issues?

Im at a friends house, and they have one of those white marconi router, however they are using their pc`s to handle the dialing, and I want to change that so that the router can do the job... but someones changed the default username and password :/

Ive tried admin and administrator

I tried resetting the modem. First by holding in the reset button for the 10 seconds like the online manual I tried.... it seemed to do a reset, but I am not to sure about it.

Whenever I try login to the router, it keeps asking me for a username or password, even though I am putting the the correct default one.

Are there other default passwords for other telkom adsl routers? Whats the correct way to reset it completely.

Okay, try resetting the router for 30seconds to 1 minute, 10 seconds is not enough. Hard reset it, yeah!!!!

for the record, it didnt look like a marconni on the inside, more like a conextant. anyways, the default u/p for these type of telkom adsl routers is:

p: epicrouter
