Marconi v4 router config not saving

Hi,

My 4 port 'macaroni' router is not saving my config changes when selecting save and reboot. Any hints?
 
It is supposed to save the settings to it's FLASH memory ... it is faulty ... take it to the nearest Telkom office to swap out.
