Margin/Futures trading on Binance major problem

Got an email from them that you need to register a new account with a different email and then pick "Binance Bahrain" for futures and options. Doesn't mention margin. First thought it was a scam as they mention the anti-phishing but don't provide the anti-phishing.
I don't trust it though and never will after their actions. It seems that they're using Bahrain as a catch all for actions that are prohibited in other countries as Binance doesn't have a license to operate in SA.
