Looking for some lekker marinade recipes I can make. Preferably withou relying on store bought sauces.
Got myself a marinade injector as well.
Going to experiment a bit but wondering what's out there.
Anyrhing from rotissirie (constant top-up) to injected and brines etc. All sorts of meats.
EDIT: Worcestershire and Soy sauce understandable.
