Can anyone recommend an easy marinade uing coke zero to put on chicken for a braai tonight? Thanks.

I tried it once.

Didn't like the taste at all.

Mix and set aside:
ketchup
worcershire
mustard
spices

Mix and drink:
coke zero
brandy

(I thought you needed way more time like overnight to allow the coke to help break down the chicken / make it softer).

Jimmys sauce and coke used to be my go to marinade for chicken. Now I use Jimmys sauce with Portuguese peri-peri spice.

Coke zero makes no sense normal coke has the sugar to get a sticky caramel coating but Im not sure sweetener will have tha same effect.
