Marius Fransman is the Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa. Prior to this Fransman was the Mayor for Vredendal Municipal Council. Fransman was also a Teacher at Vredendal School on the West Coast.
He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of the Western Cape in 1991 and thereafter (1991) obtained a Higher Diploma in Education at the same university.
