damn, missed it.
Always interested as to what he has to say.
He is really trying to give MS a lot of grief with Ubuntu and i support him 100%.
I do think he should get his Linux Buddies to develop a Decent PHP Compiler one to rival Visual Studio 2005, and the Dot net Framework, It also needs a decent development server to run on your local machine so you do not need the whole apache story. Then once he has that, get all the Universitys to start teaching it as one of there core subjects.

PHP compiler? PHP is a scripting language - not a compiled language.
Or do you mean IDE?As for Shuttleworth - whoopee.
