I'd suggest a paid service called www.icontact.com

Brilliant and flexible and guarantees a 99% delivery rate as their servers are whitelisted from other mail servers to not be blocked as spam. You also have the ability to check your message against a spam bot to see if it has the potential as being blocked as spam by others and complies with all ICT laws out there concerning spam.

It also has delayed delivery schedules so you can setup 1 newsletter a week for the next 8 weeks to be released and write them all at once and fire & forget.

Also, which I find awesome, is the reporting facility. They automatically track ANY links clicked in your email, tell you which email accounts bounced & WHY and if a bounce occurs several times they automatically take that person off your distribution list. It also tells you how many people unsubscribed or marked your message as spam. Tells you how many times a message has been opened (& by who) and also shows you how many clicks went through to your site (and who clicked them) etc etc etc etc

There's also a survey feature you can use to survey your subscriber base with nice graphs and stats and what not. Ability to have mutliple distibution lists etc

Go check it out. I'd recommend paying the few dollars a month for peace of mind. I've spend 4+ months writing a utility for a client that doesn't even do 10% of what this software does just because they're too stingy to pay the monthly fee and make it easy on themselves.... turns out the amount they paid me (and currently paying me for maintanence) is way more than what it would have cost them using this service.
