Hey all

I got engaged a month ago and we are planning to get married next year late February/early March.

We are toying with the idea of doing a farm wedding(SO's parents farm in North West), but I'm starting to wonder if we are being crazy. It's going to be a lot of work and we'll have to rent and do EVERYTHING. Does anyone know how much it costs to rent a Marquee tent big enough for +-60 people with space for a dancefloor/dj/all other wedding stuff I haven't thought about. Bonus points if you can pm me company details you have worked with

how far from the farm are you?
can guest get there without travelling half a day?
if far out for most, can everyone be accomodated for 2 - 3 nights?

most of my family are from PTA/JHB - it's about a 2 hour drive. There is a town with a few guest houses and hotels about 15min from the farm
