Maslow Tablet

Hey guys,

My parent bought this tablet on special for my son to watch his movies and play games on:
Maslow 7" Wifi Tablet
Not the greatest tablet I know, but good enought for him.
I'm unable to find a root for the tablet. Does anybody know what generic model this is a copy from, or software I can install to check.
My Google-fu is letting my down
Root would be enough, but custom or AOSP rom would also be nice

Hi man, my friend just informed me about this product an hour ago.
Im looking for a tablet, only to read pdf documents mostly. Reddit and email will be a bonus, but my main concern is reading pdf files.
How is the responsiveness? How is the touch screen? Any lag? How is the battery life?
It is currenly R599 at takealot, so I might get it. I wanted to buy a vodafone 7" tablet over the weekend, but they didnt have any stock..
I would have loved to get an ipad, but they are too expensive.

TBH I would never have bought this myself.
Tablet is just ok for small games and watching movies, but the lag would kill me!
Lucky he doesn't know about things like lag so he loves the tablet.

Screen isn't bad, but I would spend more and get a better tablet.
Haven't tested any pdfs on the tablet so can't help you there sorry.
