Mass Effect release date: November

Poop. I was expecting it a little sooner than that. Still... can't wait. It's my 2nd most anticipated game after Rock Band.

That's 10 days after Rock Band. I'm suddenly really stoked that I'm not going away this December holiday. Mass gaming g0g0g0g0.

Heck, by November I expect to at least be half-way done with Halo 3, Bioshock, Burnout 5 & HL2:Orange Box by then! Geez! Its going to be a busy last quarter of 2007!

I recently saw the real time gameplay demo of Too Human and honestly I am getting less impressed by it. Will Silicon Knights pull it off in the end?

It does seem to lose a bit compared to the 'new' Mass Effect shots. Hopefully a push to '08 will give them time to add more polish.

Are you going to be able to produce a similarly exciting line-up at next year's E3, when Halo 3 and GTA IV are out of the way?

Too Human, Alan Wake, Halo Wars, Fable 2, Banjo Kazooie. Which are five titles - first-party exclusives obviously - that I think about for 2008.

I think our challenge was, at E3, that we were going to have to short-change things this holiday to talk about the future... We may have been wrong, but we wanted to focus on 2007. Then we've got plenty of opportunities, whether it's Leipzig or TGS or [other events], to talk about 2008.
