Hi,
Ok packet loss is not news when accessing international servers, but local? That's bad...
My connection was fine up until a few days ago and then this rubbish started. I can't even ping www.saix.net without packet loss, in fact I lose packets even when I try to ping the first hop in the tracert to www.saix.net (165.146.192.1).
Any ideas what may be causing this? Here's the line status according to my router:
Downstream Upstream
SNR Margin 40.2 14.0 dB
Line Attenuation 34.9 16.5 dB
Errored Seconds 1 0
Loss of Signal 1 1
Loss of Frame 0 0
CRC Errors 0 0
Data Rate 512 320 kbps
Latency FAST FAST
Thanks,
Pierre
