matrix gamepad

i purchase a wireless gamepad @ our local matrix shop. it gave me blue screen on laptop and desktop. i took it back the guy tested it and said there is nothing wrong with it. i told him it`s intermittent. he said i must test it again, if the problem is still there i must bring back to him with my laptop. he also said that there is momething wrong with mu usb ports, but on both my machines? and i only get blue screen when the gamepad is plugged in.i can`t leave my laptop there because i use it daily in my job. is there anyway cpa can help me, because i don`t know what to do.

Is it a blutooth gamepad?
What is the make and model #?
I assume you are in Hermanus... I want to check if the Matrix head office here has the same model.
