Mature rated Live arcade games

Does anyone know how to get around the whole "this game is not available at your current location" problem with Doom and MK3 on the arcade?

I understand why it is doing this (remember reading something about German censorship), but is there a way around it?

Does this only apply to US live account holders or is everyone getting screwed over?

Also, it seems that I some of my downloaded Arcade games are just missing - it may be that they never downloaded, but the marketplace says they are...

Damn I thought you had some news for about about some new games

The only way to get around it is to convince M$ USA to offer Live officially in South Africa.

You can try faking your IP or numerous other options but this leave you on the wrong side the M$ security wall... banning your console from live.

Blame the germans and move on

That sucks mightily. Is this a new developement? Because my friend has an Xbox and is on Live and I've seen him playing it...

It is a new development. The Germans had an issue with some content and the only way that this could then be fixed was by specifically allowing certain IP ranges only. We are unfortunately not allowed.

I think it happened in about June.

SUCKS BIG TIME!!!

I haven't been on Live since I found out I couldn't download BioShock and Strangehold demos any longer.

I hope I don't get on Live and some of my Arcade games are missing. Ones I know I bought!!! If so, do I get refunded?
