Max microSD card size for samsung i600

I have ordered a Samsung i600 (Blackjack) and while waiting for delivery I am wanting to purchase a microSD card for the phone. The problem is that I do not know if the i600 supports a 2GB card.

Can someone who has the phone please verify if it can or cannot?

I have searched the net as well as downloaded the manual for the phone and it does not state this information anywhere.

According to the Sandisk website, they recommend the SanDisk microSD™ 2 GB (SDSDQ-2048). Obviously any smaller capacity will also work.

There is more than one 2GB card, so better make sure.
