Maximum attachment size?

Use WebAfrica at work, and recently had a number of emails bounce back at me, with error message of File Too Big. At first I thought the recipient's mailbox was full, but after checking was told that WA restrict attachments to a max of 5MB. Why they allow it to be sent in the first place, I dunno, but...are there similar restrictions on iBurst, for example? Anyone know?

I think pretty much all e-mail providers limit the size of attachments to 5MB.
