Hi there MYBB people.

I have this weird problem. First let me explain my setup and specs.

CPU: Q9450 occed to 3.2GHz
RAM: DDRII 1066Mhz
HDD:5
OS: Drives: Samsung 320GB and Seagate 250GB in raid 0.
GPU: Geforce GTX280
PSU: Corsair 650W
Case: Cooler master scout Balck edition (so enough cooling)
Motherboard: MSI p45-Platinum

My issue is that sometimes my pc just hangs and I have to press the reset button. I can see my other drives is working but my raid drives is not. Is there a way to check what drive is doing it and if it's maybe the port on the motherboard?

How do you see that the other drives are working, but the raid ones not?

How long does your pc run, before hanging?

Update drivers for the RAID (assuming you're using onboard RAID).
if the Seagate is of the 7200.11 generation with firmware SD01 to SD1,5 research the options to upgrade the firmware. Firmwares starting with CC should be fine.
Additionally, if not using Windows RAID, running a drive test (SMART DST) to check if the drive(s) are still healthy and not having too many read/write issues. HDDscan 3.2 works quite well for me (particularly via USB dock), but don't be too alarmed by the warning icons for in the smart report as the software doesn't quite know what is acceptable tolerances for certain things.

I check the bios and I can see the other drives are working.

Maybe working for a week or 2 before it starts to fail.

Do you think it will be better to use acronis true image to backup my drive once it's up and then just plug in one drive and see if it's better without the raid0?

Can someone tell me how to install updated drivers for jmicron 363 if the raid drives is my boot drive and using hardware raid
