Mazda 3 Service.

I own a Mazda 3 Active 2006 model, and its current on 84000km. I went to the dealership to ask how much would the service be for it, and was qouted around R2600. Is that reasonable? Bear in mind its my first car and first service.

It's probably because the big 90 000km is around the corner. So sounds reasonable. That's IF it includes cambelt of course.

It's a little steep, but I'm not sure what Mazda Dealers charge. If it was one of our cars, it would be between 1400 and 2000 depending on what they have to do. If it is a major service, and you can find that out from your service manual, then it's probably reasonable.
