But he's done it within the bounds of the constitution and where he's overstepped the courts have given him a nice hard slap. Importantly, politics inside the ANC will not allow him to even try for tinpot dictatorship. There are others with designs on the top job and they'd never allow him to even think it. Mind, this is exactly how Zuma came into power, they got rid of Mbeki who wanted to play puppet master from Luthuli house.

But then you never tire of being wrong.

The problem is just like with nkandla people take the fall for the king.
Same story all the time.
Like I said they are all the same. Mbeki and him. Just different side of the coin.
The corruption. .....never prosecuted due to lies ......spy tapes. ....

I fully agree with you on this one...

BUT, in this specific circumstance, he is being targeted by Mdluli and his cronies.
 
He is a Zuma cadre which appart from that alone making him a criminal he is a murderer a terrorist and basically just scum.
I do however forsee him being in power in government somewhere else if he is not returned to work after a fruitless effort by the prosecutors and that after a long paid holiday.
Fking idiots and scum all of them.

Nice job, proving you're not paying attention. He's taking on the Zuma cadres, and that's why he was suspended in this case.

I agree. I think it is wrong that the head of IPID has been suspended - well, assuming that the head had not fabricated a letter exonerating other wrong doing.

I'm unfortunately getting the feeling that all sides in this sordid affair are not worthy of the positions they hold.
