Ekurhuleni Metro police chief Robert McBride, "in the presence of metro police officers and members of the public" told six members of the South African Police Service that "he could kill them all with one shot by shooting at gas cylinders" near them.
So what? People on this very forum have used the 'K-Word'
You don't get it (as per usual) I have seen several people use the word on this forum. Oh, and last time I checked, there is no such thing as an outlawed word. I don't see any gunslinging word sheriffs about, do you?So what!?!?!?!
Last time i checked, the word was derogatory. Not to mention it had been outlawed.![]()
Bobbymac : to be honest, the use of the word isn't really the issue... calling your subordinates that (or even policeman in a different branch), in a public area and then threatening to kill them etc is unacceptable from a Police chief.

Actually if you read the search results it was predominantly used as a discussion point and not as a racial expletive. So because the racists on myKKK use it with impunity makes it ok?? You're actually unbelievable.

Oh and, calling/refering somebody by that word has definitely been outlawed. (I.e. is an offence according to our constitution)
So then why make a big ruckus about the word being used rather than making a (justified) big deal about the man's idiotic indignant behaviour?
His "temporary" replacement is much better*.

You've got a cheek, considering you shamelessly use the word whitey. So because the racists on myKKK use it with impunity makes it ok?? You're actually unbelievable.

warning: nasty word used in describing product, if you come from a country on the southern tip of africa and are sensitive about your colour. to the rest of the world, it is just the name of another herb used in thai cooking
One wonders what you think about all the uses of "whitey" on the forum...So because the racists on myKKK use it with impunity makes it ok?? You're actually unbelievable.
