MCITP EA to expire in 2013

Hey there all!!

I was just reading on the microsoft website that support for server 2008 will expire in 2013, and along with it the current MCITP EA cert. What I would like to know, is when the new material for the new exams will be up? I was planning on taking my five exams this year and into next year, but is it worthwhile with the certs becoming null next year?

This has put me in a little bit of a predicament.

Certificates actually expire all the time. Best would be to study it now while you can, and when the new revision or version comes out, you "upgrade" to that when the study materials come out.

Unfortunately with IT you have to study all the time just to stay current.

Server 08 will be around for maybe 7 years. So yes, go for it.
