They billing system is a total mess.

You pay for extra bundles up front if you want to. Then the system adds those costs and deduct it from your card again end of the month.....

If you cancel you don't get your deposit back. You still get charged for a cancelled product.

The billing system just does it own thing honestly.

Me & You Mobile owe me more than R650 in refunds and double charges and it actually shows on my statement and last night the pushed a debit for R86 again on my account for data I already paid for and the fact that they still owe me.

AVOID this rubbish network until they sort their billing out!!!!!

Well funny thing actually. They say it's not a contract but porting out gets denied because it shows as a contract so I guess I need to ask them to port out first.

I called again now and after 30min on the line the lady is shocked at the billing herself... She said it's confusing and she can't explain why it happened like this.

Just logged more requests for refunds.....

I don't use them as my main provider. I just tested them out to see how it works. What a mistake. The fact that you need to pay deposits up front and then beg to get those back when you cancel is enough to chase anyone away I think.

I've also been experiencing billing problems with them. They overcharged me for June and I'm still waiting for feedback as to why. I know they're a new network, but the numerous teething problems in their administrative department are quite annoying. Honestly the only reason I'm staying is because R300 for unlimited calls really is such a bargain.
