M&Y accounts dept claims they are aware of it and will be processing refunds.

I have no complaints with them. Have two active sims. Yes they use Cell C.

Yes Cell-C network. I have had no major issues. Some other cell provider, much bigger, double debited the other day, so not the end of the world if they fix this in a reasonable time frame. But - if I exceed the 150 numbers limit and get booted then I may have an issue. Their policy should just be to lock outgoing calls until the new month, not to implement a forced contract downgrade too. The threatened forced downgrade is a bit harsh and not in good spirit.
