I saw it. Yeah I also think you'd notice, especially if its a bunch of meat cubes glued together. Then again...in a poorly lit restaurant?

Seems like a lot of hassle for the SA context though...meat isn't that expensive here.

True, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't do it to make a quick profit. Look at the incident a few years ago where expired chicken was getting washed with bleach and repackaged with a new expiry date.

Firstly, yeah in a dimly lit place and more than likely covered in a sauce of some kind, who is even going to notice. Probably no one.

Secondly, meat is very expensive, what kind :wtf:

I think sa is fortunate to have a lot of the meat here being local, cheaper, and generally unenhanced.
