MECER 32" tv problem.

Has anybody got this tv?
My pic keeps switching off and there is only sound. The remote is dead.
I then have to switch the tv off and back on. This works for about 3 minutes. Then no pic again.
Mustec does not reply to my emails.

I bought the same TV 2 years back, the remote stopped working within a year and now I'm getting the same problem of losing the picture now and then. I thought I bought the best brand but unfortunately not.

I phone Mecer and they said problem is with the hardware and TV must be brought in for the problem to be sorted out.

That sucks. But I guess if they can fix it for a acceptable price then it's worth the try.

Mustek replaced the tuner and receiver cards for free.
