I hope this is the correct Forum to use. What battery do you suggest as a replacement for Mecer 1200VA, 720W, 12V DC-AC Inverter?

Hi there, I bought a new battery from MAKRO a few weeks back and connected the old one with the new one in a Parallel connection. Works no problem through the 4.5hr loadshedding. TV, DSTV Box, Mesh WiFi system, two lamps and an IP Camera connected. Don’t throw the old battery away just yet, try the parallel connection first.
