You really get what you pay for in this case - carefully look at the specs and be sure that you wouldn't want more than that model offers very soon. It isn't upgradeable.
 
price seems about right shop around online is my advice I a have seen media players for about R750.00 at PNP.
 
OneDayOnly very rarely have great specials.. they're like Groupon...

They claim normal price is X, when in fact normal price is roughly what they're selling it for if you hunt around a bit.

Especially since this unit for OneDayOnly has no harddrive, and I'm seeing these units for about R1500 with a 500Gb drive.
 
I have the unit, it's okay, there are somethings it doesn't play, I paid that price in 2010 when I got mine.

Thanks I will try Esquire. I have now resorted and decided to go for the Mede8er MED500x model. I hope I will be able to obtain good pricing on some websites. If you have seen some recently, let me know. Hifi Corp, Chaos Computers, Computer Mania, Incredible Connections do not stock this model.
