You know there's absolutely nothing wrong with teaching people how to defend themselves. We are all aware of the ruthless farm attacks that have been taking place and this to me is a good initiative.....
Then come the "racist society" of this country. Sure - but I suppose that he'd need to be a little careful in not extending it to all comers. I'd suggest that he does it for his local community. Lets them get to know one another. Bring a utility account as proof of residence.

Agreed. I'm not too sure if he'd already done this, but one would think it's a good idea if he registers his services - to avoid runins with the law - and provide some sort of certification. It's crucial to know that this man is not running a terrorist camp...

Yet again the media has blown something way out of context just to sell a few extra newspapers.

They just cause more and more tension between races with these absurd statements and stories. Why don't they get statements from both parties before going to print. Damage has already been done.

This is why I only check news24 for the updates. Their stated claim to fame is all about breaking news after all, and in their defence they are upfront about that.
I would rather read m&g for a less sensationalist / more considered version.

The only way to do something about sensationalism is to stop giving news24 the hits on their website. It's really that simple.
