Is it possible to add my parents on me and my wife's hospital plan as dependants?

They earn a salary. They never had medical aid.
 
ask your medical aid
but if possible due to them never being on a medical aid the contribution going to be higher than normal
 
Possible, yes. Expect a steep penalty on their contribution due to never being on a medical aid before.
