Medical Aid for a Student

Could someone recommend a medical aid for a student (21yo Male). Payments will be made by the parents (namely me).

If they're healthy then a hospital plan with gap cover. Then it just comes down to cost, and whether you're interested value-adds (which Discovery and Momentum offer).

If you are currently a medical aid member, add the child to your cover. Most medical aids cover full-time students up to age 28, if you give the medical aid proof of registration every year.

I might be switching to an overseas medical insurer and they only cover dependents up to the age of 21.
