Medical aids

Im looking for a medical aid thats meets the following criteria.. not to sure if there is one out there.

- Its under R800 a month
- Covers a personal dentist (I want to be able to choose the dentist, and not have to use a medicross one or something like that)
- Hopefully covers meds like Ritalin

Right now I am having a long at plans like Ingwe plans and stuff from Discovery, but I was wondering if anyone else had recommendations out there?

Im afraid its hard to get a lot for R800. I just moved to the discovery coastal saver package (not sure where you live, you need to stay in a coastal city to apply). Its about R970 pm, but what is useful is that 25% of that goes to your saving fund that you can use for medication/dentistry etc. Dentist fees are covered to a certain extent but im not certain whether you can choose your own. If you go to the gym you can join vitality for R92pm and join either virgin or planet fitness for R750 a year, so you could save money in that regards if you presently pay for a gym membership.
